Refunds & Returns

Need to submit a return?

  • Before submitting a return please read our return guidelines below to ensure your items meet our requirements.

  • If you would like to submit an online return please email us at

  • To ensure a prompt response please include "ATTN: RETURN REQUEST" in the subject line. In your email please list the items you wish to return, reason for your return, and order number.

  • Once your return is approved, we will email you with a return shipping address.

  • Please allow 3 - 7 business days for your return to be processed. We will notify you of a refund/store credit once your return is complete.

Return Guidelines

  • For a full refund or store credit (excluding shipping charges) returns must be postmarked within 14 days of order date.

  • Returns are available for store credit only if postmarked 15 to 20 days after ordering date. 

  • We are not responsible for any items lost OR damaged in transit.

  • At this time exchanges are not available due to limited inventory. If you'd like to exchange an item, please order the new item you wish to purchase and submit a return for the original item.

  • All SALE items, jewelry, purses, accessories, intimates, and beauty products are NOT eligible for returns.

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items will not be acceptable for return. Items must also have original tags attached and in new condition. Items must be free of stains including but not limited to make-up, deodorant etc. These items will not be accepted for return.

  • If you receive an item that is defective or damaged please note this in your return email and include a photo of the defect/damaged area including the original tags still attached to the item. Return email with photos must be sent within 3 days of delivery date or they will NOT be accepted. No exceptions.

  • If an order or shipment is refused for any reason, the customer is responsible for the original shipping charges and charges associated with shipping the package back to Lakeside. We will issue a refund for the merchandise subtracting the shipping charges.

  • Returns that do not meet our guidelines will be sent back at the customers expense. We will contact you via email and if unacceptable return shipping is not paid within 30 days or item(s) are not picked up by the customer, the customer forfeits the item(s) that were being returned. No unacceptable returns will be held longer than 30 days.
